At Lash Manners, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness to us and other clients, please note the following cancellation policy:

• A minimum of 243 hours’ notice is required for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the scheduling service

• Failure to cancel or attend your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

No it’s not recommended to apply mascara on eyelash extensions. If you feel the need to add mascara considering coming in sooner for a lash fill.

Please do not use an eyelash curler on your eyelash extensions as they damage the extensions.

If properly applied, extensions will not damage your natural lashes.

Depending on how well you care for your extensions after your initial first set, they can last up to 3.5 weeks before needing a fill. Maintenance fills are recommended every 2-3 weeks. Maintaining them is simple - brush / wash them daily, and don’t pick. After all, eyelash extensions are supposed to make your life more convenient.
